Now Enrolling for the 2019/2020 School Year
“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” – Aristotle
Since the inception of Oxbow Schoolhouse, the faculty and Board and Directors have valued offering an affordable, Waldorf-inspired education to local families. We strive to recognize and honor the unique spirit and potential in each child through an integrated curriculum of academics, artistic work, and practical skills. At our core is the belief that education should be inclusive, offer multi-age and hands-on experiences, and be a partnership between school and family for the benefit of our children.
Families are encouraged to apply for financial assistance through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. We will work with you to make an Oxbow Schoolhouse education affordable and accessible for your family.
Our admissions process is designed to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision for your child and family. Attend an Open House, A Walk Through the Grades or contact us for a school tour. A visit to the school allows you the opportunity to experience our program and have all your questions answered.
Oxbow Schoolhouse has a rolling admissions policy. We accept applications throughout the year for consideration when space is available.
Oxbow Schoolhouse does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, cultural background, political beliefs, or marital status.
